Each solution is carefully selected and implemented to provide the highest levels of protection without compromising productivity.
We also design and integrate advanced safety PLC systems, working with leading manufacturers such as PILZ, SICK, and Siemens. These systems allow for intelligent monitoring, flexible safety zoning, and seamless integration with existing control architectures, ensuring both compliance and operational efficiency.
Our services include modifications to existing machinery, safety upgrades to bring older or obsolete equipment up to current standards, and the design and implementation of complete safety systems for new installations. This includes carrying out full risk assessments and ensuring compliance with PUWER requirements, all in accordance with the latest safety standards and best practices. We also provide full CE Marking support, using all relevant ACOPs, BS, EN, and ISO standards during the design of control systems and machinery to ensure conformity with the Machinery Directive and PUWER regulations.
